Pomodoro Technique

Time management method with 25-minute focus blocks and 5-minute breaks.

The Pomodoro Technique (Francesco Cirillo, 1980s) structures work into 25-minute blocks ('pomodori') with short breaks between and longer breaks after four blocks. It combines measurable time units with focus and rhythm.
